The Best of All Solar Companies 3/29/2014

Several neighbors have had solar systems installed. I am surprised at what they got or didn't get in comparison to what Sunpro Solar installed for us. One neighbor even borrowed my touch up paint that Sunpro used and left with me to paint the electrical conduit on the side of the house. I told the neighbor to go with Sunpro. The staff from the owners down to the office staff were all great to work with. They answer your phone calls and call you back in a timely manner. The installation crew was clean and polite. There were not unexpected delays. The company even handled questions by our HOA staff. more

Great experience, SunPro Solar took care of my needs. 2/28/2014

SunPro initially put solar on my house and everything was fine. Later when I moved they actually moved my solar to the new house and that went fine, too. They took care of any issues that I had and they attended to my needs. more

Absolutely fabulous! We had Sunpro install solar panels for us and our electric bill was almost nothing at the end of the year. It was like a one month bill! As far as the process we could not ask for a better group of people. They were polite, courteous, and they went above and beyond what they needed to do to ensure our house was well taken care of during the process. We were ecstatic about what they did and how they explained everything was phenomenal. We've told all our friends! more

Top-Notch Workmanship 2/22/2014

We are 100% pleased with our installation by Sunpro. They helped us design a system that is large enough to charge an electric car, as well as bring our monthly electric bill down to zero. I especially liked the way that the inverter was installed inside our garage, out of the heat, dust, and hands of thieves. Also, the system wiring was routed so that nothing is seen from the front of the house. The installers did an excellent job perfectly matching the house paint when painting the pipes carrying the wires from the roof. Sunpro also did a great job helping us to navigate the system to collect the local, state, and federal rebates. more

Very Positive 2/18/2014

From start to finish I was very pleased with everything. The salesman, Lawrence, was not a high-pressure salesman. He patiently answered all of my questions, even as I would call him back multiple times after speaking with other vendors. The payment options were very desirable. The installation was clean and the workers were professional. Very good follow up after installation as well. I highly recommend Sunpro Solar. more

Superior Company 2/16/2014

We were extremely happy with the whole experience with Sunpro Solar. We interviewed at least six different solar companies and did online research and we made the decision to go with Sunpro Solar. They were the ONLY company that we spoke to that actually had solar panels installed on their roof so that we could see the panels up close and know exactly what we were purchasing. From the first salesman that came out to our home to the office assistants down to the technical serviceman that actually installed the product on our home, everyone was courteous and professional. The contract and paperwork through SCE went just as promised and our system was installed to our satisfaction without any problems. We have been up and running for 8 months now and the system is producing even more power than what was guaranteed to us in our contract. At the end of our first year with solar, SCE is going to owe us money! I highly recommend this company and specifically, Cody, which was the representative in the office that went far and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and that all our questions or concerns were answered. more

The installers were friendly and polite. They left things neat and clean upon completion. They even painted the conduit to match the wall color. The installation went quickly with little disruption. All inspections passed the first time and everythings works well. more

Best of all we obtained quotes from 2/10/2014

We examined several companies for their expertise, experience, if their solar panels were high production models, if they were made in the USA, and price. We narrowed it down from about 8 companies to 2 companies. Of the 2, SunPro Solar was able to fit the largest number of high yield panels on our roof, which we needed. more

The only issue I have had was under performance. Sunpro sent out a technician and diagnosed the problem. One third of my 24 panels were not connected, but Cody fixed the problem quickly and everything is working great now. more

Best Service Ever 2/6/2014

Sunpro Solar did an amazing job from the start to the finish. They communicated every step of the way, performed the work ahead of schedule and just amazingly exceeded our expectations. The staff at the office were very responsive and courteous. Overall, we are thrilled we went with Sunpro Solar for our solar energy project. more

Service Call Response vs. Installation and Monitoring 2/6/2014

The response to a recent service call was great and worthy of the highest approval rating. My earlier experience with the original installation left a lot to be desired. There were problems with broken roof tiles, more than six months of installation time and failure to send my $1000 deposit to SunPower. Regarding monitoring, I have had the system operational for more than twelve months. It bothers me that that there was a defective panel located by the service technicians but never picked-up in your monitoring. This suggests the need for improvement in monitoring. I lost the benefit of the full efficiency of my system for an extended period without any effort by Sunpro Solar to investigate. This resulted in the system performing well below the guaranteed production and the need for me to pay a significant end of year payment to SCE. My system is a lease and I paid in full when it was installed. I expected more support than what I got. Nevertheless, I remain optomistic that when the bad panel is replaced, I will be satisfied with the system performance into the future. more

TERRIBLE!!! 1/26/2014

SunPro Solar FAILS to meet deadlines and raises the price drastically before installation abundantly more than your contracted amount an fails to discuss the matter with the customer personally. Paul and Sam both fail to respond to communication attempts and cannot be trusted. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service - Go with another company!!! more

Very well satisfied! 12/20/2013

I went and asked five to eight companies for proposals. I ended up picking two, and Sunpro Solar was one of them. After negotiating between the two companies, I decided to go with Sunpro. I really liked working with Rick Flynn who was my point of contact at Sunpro. He was very thorough and stayed with me the whole way through the process. Their price for the solar panel system for my home was the best by far. So far everything has turned out very well! The system was installed in May, and we've saved a lot of money. We reduced our bill in the summer, when we use our air conditioner, by about 75 percent. So everything's going really well! If you're thinking of buying solar, I would say you should contact Sunpro and let them give you a proposal. more

Excellent 11/27/2013

Sunpro Solar provided me solar panels as part of a solar system that I needed. Everything turned out fine. There were times when I had questions and when I called them, they were able to respond quickly. They take action to mitigate the issue. more
