SoCal stairs rocks! They built a BEAUTIFUL and STURDY railing and banister for the steps from the main floor of our house down to our new library. Don, salesperson-extraordinaire, worked with us on all the design details and gave us a very reasonable estimate, all by email. The guys showed up on-time and as-scheduled to build and then stain the railings and banister. We were a bit nervous doing all the planning by email, but everyone involved was professional, honest, and trustworthy. We have worked with many contractors in our home and are pretty darn picky. SoCal Stairs wins our highest recommendation! more

SoCal stairs rocks! They built a BEAUTIFUL and STURDY railing and banister for the steps from the main floor of our house down to our new library. Don, salesperson-extraordinaire, worked with us on all the design details and gave us a very reasonable estimate, all by email. Professional, flexible, responsive, on time, and moderately priced! Estimates were quick and easy and we did them over e-mail at my request due to the short time frame involved and it worked out great. Overall fantastic, I would recommend SoCal Stairs to my friends and fam. more

Re-built and Re-designed staircase 5/9/2011

I had a horribly ugly set of stairs and saw a photo on the SOCAL Stairs website that inspired me to try the design. I was impressed with how fast the company responded to my request. They were prompt at our first appointment - Don discussed the entire process and helped me determine certain ways that we could save money on the entire staircase. The quality of the work is amazing the entire team was super professional and I love how the stairs turned out. Thanks Don, Brian, Miguel & Arturo! more

Kevin: He was on time, had the most info, spent the longest time working out the details. When a hickup about the job occured he listened to his installer and homeowner and fixed the minor problem within hours. His installer was one of the best cratfsman that has worked for me. Their price was not the lowest but much lower than the highest. Everything they said they would do they did. more

At first I was not going to have them come out as two other companies came and I felt comfortable with both of them, but I relented and I am very glad I did. Kevin showed us options that the other companies did not even discuss and the end result is fabulous. While they were not the lowest priced contractor, they came in the middle but we had a feeling that they really knew what they were doing and showed us on his computer the ideas he was trying to explain. The others had pictures, but nothing pro-active. For the money I definitely feel we made one hell of a great deal. more
