Sobrinski Painting

I am a person who expects outstanding quality. I expect a contractor to treat my residence as my home and not simply a work site. I expect workmanship as close to perfection as possible, and I am willing to pay a fair and reasonable price for such work. The following is completely my opinion as a consumer. I am not a certified contractor, nor an expert in any aspect of construction. more

They called immediately to schedule an appointment to come do an estimate, then called to ask if they could change the time to an early date. I had my boyfriend arrange his schedule so he was up and awake to meet the estimator. The estimator arrived at the house while my boyfriend was indisposed (rest room). My boyfriend immediately wrapped something around himself to answer the door so the estimator didn't leave, asked that he wait a moment so he get better composed. The estimator then got in his car and drove off, without telling my boyfriend he was leaving. When I called Sobrinski to ask what happened, they had just received a call from the estimator that he would prefer not to do the job. They didn't offer any explanation, offer to schedule someone else, or even apologize. They simply hung up the phone. I was deeply insulted. My boyfriend was just trying to ensure the estimator did not think no one was home due to the call of nature. more
