It will be my pleasure to post positive feed back about my experience with Moses and his staff! They were always accommodating and personable. When their truck was not available to me (due to the need for repair), the way Moses offered to work with me (free of charge) was a tremendous help in these financially stressful times. It is not often in the corporate world that managers like Moses show such compassion. I hope that his superiors realize what a fine representative he is! When I unexpectedly had to move all of my belongings into storage on short notice 6 months ago, I began sifting through the usual options (ie public storage, etc) and luckily stumbled across SoCal Self Storage. They seemed to have everything I was looking for (a clean, secure unit that was temp controlled and accepted packages if necessary, for a decent price). When I first stopped in to get a closer look, it was a no-brainer. The units are secure and the whole building is spotless and very well lit (with sensor lights). There are two elevators that make it easy to access the units and there are plenty of free flat-bed dolly's available to help make the moving very easy. There are also parking spaces reserved for socal storage users only and they are literally right in front of the elevators that take you right to your unit. Those things alone would seem like a great thing, but it's the little details that really set this place apart from any other storage facility. Their logo has the word ""nice"" on it, and they truly deliver on that. The guys in the office offered me bottled water every time I came in and I was stunned to find out that they offer a free moving van to use when you move in! Again, elaborating on the ""nice""...if all those things weren't enough on their on merit, I was happily met with smiling faces in the office on day one and every time I popped in thereafter AND I truly got the feeling that these guys are the real deal - genuine sweethearts (sometimes hard to come by in this town). All the guys were above and beyond helpful but Moses really topped the cake. I just moved my stuff out of my unit because I'm moving east and upon move out I used their truck. There was a small charge for using the truck upon move out, but $40 a day for the truck (with no hassle) sure beats UHaul any day. Overall I'd recommend and have recommended this facility to my friends and to anyone looking for some place they can feel safe and secure leaving their belongings. I have gone to Hollywood/Bronson self storage several times. I needed help with packing & moving my stuff, and getting the right size space for my stuff and my budget. The guys there actually helped. They did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. No attitude. In the many months I have stored my stuff there, they have always been ready, willing & able to help. Pros: Actually helpful, courtious humans more

They provide a top flight caliber security system utilizing the latest in security technology so I know my property is safe & secure, truly rendering So Cal Self Storage the best place to store the goods! As a business owner I need a storage facility that is clean and safe and the location was perfect. \r \r I've had storage units on 3 different floors and love how clean the floors are kept.\r \r They just offer so much and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, units are very secure with individual alarms, no waiting to park or for the elevators. Great staff always willing to assist. I'll always use them for my storage needs. Ask for Moses, Glen or John. Pros: Very convienant, secure with a great customer service. Cons: None. more

It’s the newest storage facility in the area so you get everything brand new and clean. They sell boxes and packaging supplies which I needed big-time. They give me free bottled water every time I come in and play great 70's and 80's music while I'm here.\r \r The floors are air conditioned which makes moving so comfortable!\r \r The staff is friendly and courteous especially Glenn. They can help you in so many ways. I've never been so connected and grateful.\r \r Most of all I love the free truck.
