I used the Snelling Company to install a split cooling system into my older home with radiant heat and no ducts.\r

Honestly, they did not seem very experienced at these types of cooling systems. One unit they did not level properly and it started draining the water into the room (instead of outdoors down the tubes.) Another unit had a coolant leak. Then a receiver board shorted out from the water leak and a new part had to ordered.\r

The good news is they returned to my house on multiple occasions and promptly addressed all problems to the best of their abilities. Within a week of installation everything was corrected and system performed as intended.\r

The system has now been used for two summers and I have not had any problems.
PROS: care about customer satisfaction, reliable
CONS: inexperienced at the time of my split-cooling system installation
