I was given the wrong closing time, 5/24/2013

I was given the wrong closing time, so I was unable to pick up my car when I wanted. Since it sat for the extra day I would have thought they would have had the time to do the car detailing that they called about and I approved over the phone, when I approved the other work more

I shopped around at several Volvo dealerships before visiting Smythe and they are the best! I can't say enough good things about my experience there. I worked with Tom Rzasa to get my S60 and he was wonderful. He responded almost immediately to any question I had and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted in the timeframe I needed it. Alex, who took care of my paperwork, was honest, helpful and made the process super easy. Thank you, Smythe. You're unlike anybody else out there. See you soon for service. more

I have been dealing with Smythe Volvo since 1978 when I purchased my first new car--we just had our first child and I wanted to have a safe vehicle. I am on my sixth Volvo and wouldn't drive anything else. I had a flat on Sunday and was told to come in on Monday my tire was replaced. Service Dept is the best! All techs are knowledgable and courteous the shop is clean and the techs are always neatly attired and act professionally. more
