Professionalism was extraordinary 3/13/2012

Doug took great care of me. I brought a 2002 S80 in and was well informed about the service to be done and his professionalism was extraordinary. 2 days later I brought my husbands 2010 xc60 and the same care was used on his car. more

Pleasant Experience 3/9/2012

I was amazed and very happy that I could get an appointment the very next day - it ALWAYS worries me when the check engine light comes on. I left a list of items and Tom called and went over the list before hand and then called after wards to let me know what was found. A very pleasant experience. I can't bring myself to put up that last star because you are so darn expensive and I know you gave me a break... more

Very good service for Volvos 8/16/2005

Both my wife and I drive a Volvo (my second, her first) and we couldn't be more satisfied in the service from Smythe. Well, I suppose we could gripe slightly about the utter absence of customer parking at the main lot and that non-emergency service can take more than a week or two to schedule. Still, they have done high quality work that conforms to factory standards for parts , etc. Be aware that they will be more expensive than some other local options, but they will also do it right (and do it once). more
