I travelled the world and have been to numerous cigar stores, but nothing compares to The Smoke Zone in terms of selection, competitive prices and excellent service by this family-owned business. 10/30/2006

Rather go else where! 11/28/2005

The customer service is not good, I thought RUDE compared to a couple other shops in the SCV. Customer Service is not personable. The Selection is not biggest and prices are not the lowest in the SCV. more
