Smogs Unlimited

I was so incredibly impressed by this shop. Today, my car failed a smog check and after making the repairs, I wanted to return to have my free re-test performed. The shop closes at 3:00 on Saturdays and unfortunately I was unable to finish the repairs and make it back there by 3:00. I called the shop @ 2:57 and spoke with Kathy. I explained that I was less than a mile away and that I would be out of town and I really needed to have the re-test done today. I even offered to pay them $50 extra to stay open and do the re-test. She said no way to the $50 bucks and told me to come on down. Kathy and Raul, the technician stayed after hours to help me out of a bind. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I always groan when the notice comes from the DMV that it's time to get one of our cars smogged. Coming from New York, I still find smogging a California inconvenience. These people make it as painless as possible. I was in and out within an hour and they took care of everything. Thanks! more
