I have been a long time customer at Smith's drugs, and over the years the staff have become almost a part of the family. I trust all of them to make sure that I get what I am suppose to. I love going there, and I usually make it in about 3 or 4 times a week. more

They do much better than the bigger pharmacies I have gone to in the past. The staff is very educated in mixed drug interactions and they make sure that you take what you need to take and what not to take with certain drugs. They really take care of me and my prescriptions here. more

Outstanding service is provided here again and again. The staff here is the reason I believe that because they are knowledgeable and are so helpful with any of your questions. My prescriptions run on time for the most part but if is a rare occasion if that happens. When it does though they can get them the next day! more

I feel like I have been a patient here forever! Everyone is so cordial and congenial every month when I go in to pick up my prescriptions. They have a really clean store and always are available and able to answer any questions that I may have. more

Small town friendliness and service 3/23/2012

Wow I did not know places like this still even were around today. I recently moved to Forest City 3 months ago from Pennsylvania and one of the first things I needed to find was a pharmacy. I have dealt with many of the "big box" pharmacy's and many of them treat you like a number. Once I found Smith's Drug of Forest City I knew this was it. The staff is amazing and very personable. They really care about you as a customer and spend the time to talk to you and get to know you. It makes going to pick up my prescriptions a far more enjoyable and positive experience. more

We are so pleased with there service 3/23/2012

I have been a customer here since the 50's. The staff is always so friendly and caring. There are three of us that live in the house and we all have prescriptions and and we have to pick them up 3-4 times a month. We also are regular customers at there fountain everyday. I really can't think of anything they can improved here, everything they do is just great. more
