Records Inaccessible 7/15/2013

I had you replace my water pump in April 2011. I had the paper work. The paper work indicated a new pump and not reconditioned and the price indicated a pump that carried a lifetime warrenty. I was told you would not stand behind the water pump because it did not have the part number on the paperwork. I was also told that the serpentine belt needed to be changed because it was cracked. It was not cracked at all. It is not my fault that you cannot access your own records. I had two years and two months and 24,000 miles on that water pump. At the very least you should have backed the warranty on the pump. You charged me 50.00 for a pressure test when I told you the water pump was leaking. I ended up doing the repair myself. You may have saved a little money but you lost a good customer. more

I just love coming to your store! You have the best prices, the best service and one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in!
