Nice people and they were relatively efficient in looking at my broken down vehicle, working out with insurance to repair it and seem to have done good work on the radiator replacement (I haven't really even looked under the hood since then...should I have to?...vehicle's been running well, so I am assuming). I did just look at my two receipts (look at your receipts before you pay...my bad...I was stopping by to pay for it while rushing to another job at work) and see that insurance payed for a radiator, radiator cap and coolant ($199) plus labor of $170, then I payed another $170 for labor for replacing the radiator(again?), radiator cap (again?), hoses and clamps and a new thermostat. I know fully well that you have to remove, at least partially, these same items and it does not take two more hours to replace them (thermostat, hoses, and clamps). It could be that they were just careless in their details on the receipts... that could mean they may also have been careless in their repairs. I hope not, as this is my wife's vehicle. Is there an automotive place out there that will do work for you without you having to scrutinize their bill to find where they are slipping in some extra charge? Did I call them back and challenge it? No. They will get my money this time, but they also get this review. They apparently did Not "specialize in my satisfaction". Maybe you'll have a better experience with your repair there....I'm just one crabby guy right now, who still doesn't have the heart to give them 1 or 2 stars.
