The dealership kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Parts were ordered quick and service was done same day. The employees were very friendly. They were accomodating if I required alternate transportation. more

Took care of everything 10/4/2011

I expected to have to come back the next day,but was offered dinner if I wanted to return in a few hours for the car. It had plates,registration, and the insurance was all taken care of.Marco set up my bluetooth enabled phone and made sure I knew how to use the wipers, lights and all other needed items. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Even with the power out due to hurricane irene they did great more

Everyone, especially Mary, our salesperson, were very friendly and helpful. Mary made us feel at ease with no pressure to buy. It was excellent and Mary explained all the features and helped us get our bluetooth working. more

Smith Haven Mazda and staff were very considerate! 8/23/2011

Bill was great and the lower marks were only because the paperwork DID take a long time. It was not due to any fault of Bill though, it was because my deal was unique and the contract layout was not in the computer. He was very nice and tried to make the process as convenient for me as possible, even driving to my job to have me sign instead of making me drive back to the dealer. They accommodated my special situation trading in my vehicle against a 3 year lease. more

Everything was done well while I was there but the service consultant being friendly and making sure my car was service correctly. Then after market part installation went correctly and that I knew I could trust their work is the stand out for me. more
