I had an emergency dental situation and Dr. Wesley Smiley got me in and out promptly and resolved the problem in an extremely beautiful manner!!!

I haven't really had a problem with this office until recently. Dr. Smiley seen my child and was suppose to send in paperwork to the insurance company for my daughter to be approv...

Very Refreshing 11/14/2011

As a child and adult I was always very self-conscious about giving a big smile for family and school photos. Now it is so very refreshing to really smile and feel confident that my best image is shining through. With renewed confidence I can now focus on just giving a natural smile with out fear for what the photo will look like afterwards. more

They explain what they are doing. They work quickly, but carefully, and they seem to care about my comfort through the process. I only started with them last month, but I have already recommended this office to some of my co-workers. more

Great Staff 10/25/2011

The staff is great - from the front office to the hygienists - all are friendly, upbeat, very skilled, and always on time. And then there's Dr. Wesley - the key to the whole place. He definitely knows his stuff, but is so 'down-to-earth', laid back, relaxed. You could have the worst dental condition, and he'll make you feel at ease in their ability to correct, then subtly remind you what you need to do for proper care. This office makes going to the dentist as good as it can get. more

Dr. Wesley is the the most patient, meticulous orthodontist. I had a very challenging case, but Dr. Wesley did an amazing job! I have the best bite that I have ever had my entire life! And I get such great compliments on how my teeth look! The staff are all wonderful too! more

Amazed Me 10/14/2011

I just had my second visit to Smiley Dental. It was actually an emergency, I chipped my tooth and it hurt a lot. I knew it was last minute but I still decided to give the place a call. To my surprise Dr. Smiley picked up and said he could squeeze me in. I rushed over and he fixed my tooth and pain in no time. This place always amazes me. more

Great Dentist 10/3/2011

My family has been to Dr. Smiley about 4 times now and I don't see what everyone is ranting about. He's never once tried to overcharge us for cavities, and the staff here seems nice enough. I'm going to continue going to him until otherwise but in my personal opinion he's a great dentist. more

Smiley Dental is the best. 4/13/2009

I have been taking my children to Smiley Dental for a while. And they have ALWAYS let me go back with my kids. They have never refused. Actually I have always gotten to hold my children when I go back there.i just feel that everytime I go there that my kids are treated fairly and that we get the service that we pay for. more

Fed Up! 3/26/2009

I haven't really had a problem with this office until recently. Dr. Smiley seen my child and was suppose to send in paperwork to the insurance company for my daughter to be approved to have a surgery done that she needs. Dr. Smiley stated that she would send it in that day and if i havn't heard anything in a week to call back. It has been almost two weeks and I can not get through to Dr. Smiley. She will not answer or return my call. Another thing that I do not care for is that they will not let the parents go back with there children. They stand at the door and refuse to let you go through.Kinda scary, however my daughter has never complained. more

Dr Smiley was good with my son. But.......... 10/13/2008

The problem I had was with the billing. My son went in to have dental work done, the novacine and the anethesia did not work. I was told I had to take him to a surgical center to finish the work. The office had billed me for all the work that was not done. When I brought this to their attention. I was told that I to take more time off from work and my son had to miss more school to take him back to the office to prove the work was not done. VERY INCONVIENT! more

Nashville Office 9/6/2008

My son went to the Nashville office and it was so tiny. I've heard they moved to a bigger location since then. The nurses were very nice when my son was relucant to get in the chair. The only thing that made me nervous was a paper they wanted me to sign stating they could use force to make him sit still.that was a little nerve-wrecking..I didn't sign it. more

Great Dentist 9/8/2005

Dr. Smiley is my children's dentist. She really loves children and it shows. She takes time with each patient and makes them feel special. She talks to the children on a level they really respond to. The office is fun and the staff is usually great. The only problem I ever had was on my son's first visit; he was scared and didn't want to lie on the table. A dental assistant picked him up and forced him on the table, which really scared him more. I had to ask her not to do that again. I also requested that she not be the assistant assigned to my children, and I have not had any further problems. more
