I love coming to the office. I think everyone there is fantastic. The only drawback is the waiting. Several times I have had to wait for at least 20 minutes in the exam room before I saw Dr. Santiago. I was at the office yesterday for 2 hours for an appt. that really should have been no more than 30 min. I know it gets busy, but the patient's time is precious too. This is the only change I can think of at this time that needs to be made. As I said, I love Dr. Santiago and her team. Thank and make it a great day. more

I want to let you know how very beautiful Joey's teeth look. Of course, to me, he is, and always has been, extremely handsome. However, I can honestly say that even in a single day he has started to smile in such a more relaxed, open, and genuine way, without self consciousness. I was immediately impressed the second I walked in the door. The office atmosphere creates a lively yet comfortable feel. I really love the plants and the water. The staff is extremely accommodating. I wish I knew more information about wisdom teeth removal in general, and specifically in my case, to better make a decision about that surgery. Leah Duran more

I started going to Dr. Santiago about three years ago. I was always anxious about going to the dentist. Now, today, I no longer feel anxious about my appointments. It's a combination of the atmosphere which is very calming and not cold and clinical. Also, the staff is very friendly and when I have questions about a procedure (how long it will take or what steps will be happening) the staff always answers my questions and never makes me feel ""high maintenance"" for asking. I recommend Dr. Santiago to anyone who is looking for a dentist. more

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Santiago for many years, and I can honestly say that I have never come across a more professional, knowlegeable, yet warm and caring doctor than Robin. She is in a class of her own- without peers in my eyes. When entering her ""office,"" (office is too cold a word to describe her beautiful, tranquil setting), I am always greeted warmly by the receptionists and other staff members. Dr. Santiago always keeps up with the latest techniques and is highly regarded by other dentists. Beautiful Smiles with Dr. Santiago is the best. I am 63 years old and have visited many Dental Practices over the years in three States.They have the latest technologies, a team of professional that work so well together, and a relaxing waiting room with cascading water fountain. All of my procedures were explained in detail using digital pictures and computer technology. The environment is warm and welcoming and every effort is made to make me feel like I am their most valued patient. I am always impressed by the follow up call from Dr. Santiago to make sure everything is alright. This is one Dentist that I look forward to visiting. more

Start with the nicest front office staff in the state who initiate the best dental experience around. Careful scheduling leads to very short if any wait times, while professional treatment from Dental Assistants and Hygienists is efficient and friendly. Like many people I hated going to the dentist, avoided it at all cost, have even have considered wooden teeth, rather than go sit in ""that"" chair. Then I discovered Dr. Robin Santiago. A life changing experience and no I am not a family member, this is a real review. From the moment I stepped into the office and experienced the very soothing lobby, to meeting the staff and the Robin herself, I knew I found the right place. I had need of some work. Everything was explained, in detail ( I ask a ton of questions), payment plans were clearly explained, treatment options, etc. Everyone, from the front desk to the dentist chair makes you feel safe and understood. Since then I have had my ""smile"" redone. Yup, from fear of dentist to"" I have an idea, lets crown every tooth in my mouth"". It was a long process, but pain free, (they literally held me hand when I needed it), and my new crowns, fantastic. Everyone noted my new and improved, now-more-frequently-smiling-face. Dr. Santiago's office is where you want to be for all dental needs. I now keep to a regular cleaning schedule as well (another thing I had skipped in the past). You know way to much about my teeth, but all you need to know to choose the best dentist and dental team in CT. more

Went to see Dr Santiago about getting an invisalign treatment. The staff was really cordial when I arrived. I discussed the cost with the office manager who went over every detail and what I can expect. Well 8 months later and I couldn'e be happier. I get comments on my teeth all the time. While going to the dentist can be a pain, I can honestly say you can't go wrong with Dr Santiago! more
