HE HAS BEEN SEEN MOCKING AN AUTISTIC CHILD AND HAS BEEN HEARD YELLING AT CHILDREN AND SEEN THROWING HIS INSTRUMENTS DOWN IN A HUFF WHEN A CHILD DOES NOT COMPLY. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS DENTIST. more

I hated even giving this guy one star, but had to in or der to post the review. He is exactly as some of the others described, abusive and abrasive. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS DENTIST...and please, help spread the word. There are several pending lawsuits against this dentist. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!! Dont subject you child to this abuse 2/12/2012

If I could give less than one start I would. Ralph Ergas is verbally abusive to his child patients as well as their parents to the point of yelling and throwing things. Its is an awful place to bring your children to. He uses a threatening manor to intimidate your child into doing what he needs and it is completely uncalled for. Do not subject your kids to this abuse, I wish I had done my reasearch before making my appointment. Don't make the same mistake that I did, read up about parents with similar experiences and inform anyone you know with young children about this man described by another patient as a 'Drill Sargent with scrubs on.'ALSO, CHECK OUT ACTUAL REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY BROUGHT THEIR OWN KIDS IN, NOT POSITIVE REVIEWS TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL. Type in his name and read the complaints yourself. more

GREAT GREAT place 5/25/2011

I have never been to such a caring and kids friendly. My 8 year old has a lot of Anxiety about new places and who doesn't when it comes to Dentist but they make sure the experience is a positive one so kids have a healhty out look on dentist instead of a negitive one. GREAT GREAT place more

Dr. Nyberg is an phenomenal orthodontist! She is very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. She talks to the parents regularly about the progress of each patient. My husband, kids and I give Dr. Lynnette Nyberg and A+!!!! more

I would like to compliment this office 4/5/2011

I'm not sure how accurate the experience of the other customers are, but I would like to compliment this office for the accommodations that they always provide me I travel for business, so when I need to come into the office, there always seems to be an opening for me. The front office is always happy to see me and greet me with a smile and friendly conversation. more

Glad I went!!! Read the reviews. I had already taken my son to 3 dentists and was told to leave the last office. Brought my son to to Smile Specialists.The staff and doctor were great and were able to complete all of his treatment. more

I would recommend them highly. My teeth have never looked better and everyone that works there is very accomodating to your schedule, accept a wide range of dental insurance and stretch out longer payment plans. I have never had an issue with finding an appointment, and they always run on time. more

Dr. Nyberg is my orthodontist-my third orthodontist.I had braces at the age of 15 and again at age 23.At 50 years old, there were still some spatial issues I wanted addressed prior to having some crowns redone.I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Nyberg by a local prosthodontist. My issues are complex and required someone with experience, skill, compassion and vision to accomplish the goals I set. This was not an easy task. Also, there were times when I broke wires or jostled a crown loose, and they were kind enough to see me that day. I never felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. I have nothing but praise and admiration for Dr. Nyberg. I am grateful to her for what she was able to achieve in my mouth. Let's face it, even with a warm, pleasant,courteous dentist and staff, it's the end result that counts.As a pharmacist and a member of the health care field, I have a good grasp on both quality of service and good medical care-I received both.Thank you! more

We are very happy with our visits to the office. My daughter enjoys herself at every visit. The Drs. both Dr. Nyberg and Dr. Elliott have been very knowledgeable and accomadating. The Girls that work there are fun! I would reccomend this office to anyone! more

excellent care 2/23/2011

I've had both of my children with these 2 doctors for the past 10 years. They have always provided excellent care, and my children's teeth look great! I would highly recommend them. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here, because that is certainly not my experience at all. more
