Kathy did the best, most thorough cleaning ever! My teeth are clean and ubber happy. The office also offers a great year-long cleaning membership with discounts for dental procedures for people without dental insurance. I'm hooked! more

I had yet to have a good experience visiting a dentist until I visited Dr. Gause, from the moment you walk through the door there is a great feeling to this place. The receptionists are great and personable plus extremely efficient. Dr. Gause came recommended through a family member and I didn't really know what to expect. Pleasantly he was more than a dentist; he explains everything in detail and he makes you feel comfortable, he is also a great man, and is a pleasure to talk to, he?s just an amazing dentist. I would recommend Dr. Gause to all my family and friends and colleagues. Having somebody drill in you while you're conscious is not easy but he definitely made it better. more

Dr. Lee Gause is the best dentist I've ever used. I had been going to a couple dentists in my area in brooklyn which were ok and got the job done but didnt have that wow factor. One day I was discussing dental work with a colleague of mine and she recommended me to Smile Design Manhattan and the services of Dr. Gause. I trust her word and I took her up on her recommendation. As soon as I stepped foot into his office I can tell that I would not be let down. Smile Design Manhattan is the cleanest dental office Ive ever seen. It has that fresh out of the box feeling to it where everything about it looks like its the first time being used. That same cleanliness coupled with precision dentistry is what makes Dr. Gause great at what he does. I had a root canal done and a cavity filled. I walked out of there not feeling an ounce of pressure or pain in my tooth. I neve used to like going to the dentist. I look forward to seeing Dr. Gause knowing he'll get the job done well and send me on my way with a better smile than the one I came to him with. more

I walked into Dr. Gause?s office a few years ago and the first words out of my mouth were ?I hate dentist.? Luckily for me, I no longer feel this way thanks to Dr. G. I walked in with a little tooth pain and that wasn?t even the problem tooth. I had cavities that other dentist failed to find, or maybe didn?t even look for. Dr. G gave the most extensive exam I have ever experienced, and over many months and lots of work my teeth are doing better than okay these days. Dr. G?s work is second to none and he certainly works towards perfection at all times. My teeth look and feel awesome. Another great thing about Dr. G is that he didn?t try and get me to buy into getting whitening or this and that. He set in motion the best plan for MY teeth and took into account my economic situation. He was patient, understanding and answered every question I had. And I ask lots of questions. He is well informed; uses state of the art equipment and his staff is absolutely wonderful. I can?t say enough about them, especially Janel who is the absolute BEST. The hygienists are amazing too. I have never had such thorough cleanings. Most importantly, Dr. G and his staff make you feel comfortable in a chair that many find extremely uncomfortable. I leave the office pain free and that is super important to me. Dr. G taught me how to really take care of my teeth and it is much appreciated because no other dentist ever took the time. So if you are looking for the BEST DENTIST ON THE PLANET, then you?re in luck because he is right here in New York City. You will not regret visiting his office. After bouncing around from dentist to dentist in my adulthood, after one visit to Smile Design Manhattan I knew I had found the right dentist in Dr. Gause. Dr. Gause and his staff are very friendly, prompt, and most importantly, they produce results that you desire. I got Dr. Gause to do my invisalign and also my teeth whitening, and couldn't have been more satisfied with the efforts of he and his staff. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist! One of my friends recommended Dr. Gause when I expressed having a tooth ache. I dreaded going in, however, I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Gause and his team. I was treated really well and my tooth was fixed without too much pain.
