I had to join just to leave a review... I purchased a groupon for my boyfriend for father's day and he was very pleased with the results so I called them to schedule an appoint...

Worst

After ordering two , in which only one received Instead of two payments made through groupon, I contacted the company and have yet to be acknowledged and taken care of. Not sure ...

I ordered the at home teeth whitening kit from the 22/01/13 and still haven't recieved it up to this day. I am highly disappointed with the service I recieved, I email Sarah many times and got no respond to my emails, I was planning on calling them but after seeing all the other reviews y waste my time and credit to call. I just want my money back..does anybody know how I can go about getting a refund please and thanks. more

Smile Baby! – in office rocked. my teeth are fantastic and no pain like I was told by everyone. \r \r While I was in the office getting a treatment I figured I'd give the kits a shot. I cant say anything more than everyone that I know i got one for Christmas this year! they are by far the best teeth whitening product I have ever come across! I had them shipped to my family directly from the company and they got there within 3 days and with no trouble at all. \r \r Saved me on the wrapping and all! \r \r more

I have contacted Groupon and have asked for my money back. If this company cannot return calls or have the business acumen to respond to emails then I certainly do not trust their product. I recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking to do business with this company. more

Very Disappointed, I purchased a Groupon and to my surprise I was able to get through and schedule an appointment for the following week, When I arrived for my appointment there were NO cars in the parking lot and the doors LOCKED! I tried to call several times and left several messages but NO ONE bothered to return my call. I would assume this is a closed business and would not waste money buying a groupon for them. I hope that the Groupon staff takes the deal off the website... more

I can not believe that after buying the Groupon I could get an appointment within the same week. They were very easy to get in contact with, extremely friendly staff and a great service provided. Plus my teeth look great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will refer many to this company. I dont know why people are saying they cant get a hold of them, first time worked for me! more

It's frustrating to know that I purchased a Groupon and no one has yet to return my call or email in regards to my voicemail or email. The automated message is always on stating that ""they are helping customers."" I would love to have my money back and I wouldn't recommend Smile bright to ANYONE. more

I fell in love with this place and the products. Very nice staff, easy to make appointments and speedy delivery on a gift I ordered for my niece very last minute and they got it out to me within just a few days, just in time for her birthday. I give an A+ on their customer service... and my teeth look great!! more

Not a very professional service and didn't work at all. It was also supposed to be an hour of whitening, but was only 40 minutes. Don't recommend; a waste of money, even with the Groupon. more

I totally agree with Brian. I have tried numerous times to call - they make it almost impossible to get theu and then you have to leave a message that it never returned. I have tried the email route as well.....no success. I, like Brian, have paid for something that I have yet to receive. more
