After ordering two , in which only one received Instead of two payments made through groupon, I contacted the company and have yet to be acknowledged and taken care of. Not sure ...

Love, love, love this whitening kit. I've tried so many, but none are as good as this. Not only that, but my Groupon expired and they still honored it! This is the first company that has honored my Groupon after it expired. Smile Bright...good customer service! more

I would love to give a positive review, but I haven't been able to get anyone to return a phone call in regards to two kits that I ordered via SweetJack. I called every location and left a voice mail in most of the voice mail boxes that I spoke to... I've been treated to ONE return call that I was not able to pick up. I called back immediately, and immediately went through all of the phone numbers at all of the locations; and all of the voice mail boxes that I previously became acquainted with. Thus far, I'm going on three weeks and have not yet been able to retrieve the SweetJack offers that I paid for. more

Beautiful Office 8/11/2012

I love the product, and have to admit their customer service took me back a bit. I got my kit on time in the mail, actually faster than they had stated, and they even emailed me making sure that I received my package and was satisfied. Companies these days are just computer driven, and automated so it was a great feeling that there were actual people speaking to me, and replying. They even have a great sense of humor. Thank you Smile Bright for a great experience and wonderful customer service! more

i was shocked that i had no sensitivity. i have to admit i was scared at first but the tech assured me there would be no pain so i trusted her. glad that i did. my mouth feels great and looks great. so for anyone that is not taking advantage of this product because you are nervous about the pain, i will testify that it really works and no pain. more

I had to join just to leave a review... I purchased a groupon for my boyfriend for father's day and he was very pleased with the results so I called them to schedule an appointment for myself. They were so nice and only charged the Groupon price for my appointment as well event though I didn't have one because it wasn't running at the time. Well, long story short... I went in, the staff was very very nice and accommodating since I brought my son with me. He was able to sit in a chair in the room with me. I had no pain at all, the place was clean and comfortable and my teeth looked great! Overall, I'm very pleased with every aspect of Smile Bright: The staff, location, product, results.... more

Went in yesterday to get my teeth whitened. It worked wonderfully! I'm a coffee drinker and daily smoker, but you wouldn't be able to tell now. I'll definitely be going back! more

I have had the treatment done before when I lived in Atlanta and liked it a lot! since I loved I saw the kit and pen offered. knowing the company I ordered asap and let me tell you they ROCK! i use the kit and got the pen for my girlfriend. both of our teeth look much better. more

After ordering two , in which only one received Instead of two payments made through groupon, I contacted the company and have yet to be acknowledged and taken care of. Not sure why or if I will ever receive my second item that payment was made on two weeks ago, but, I'm still using the one kit that arrived on time , in attempts to have my teeth be improved in color. 2nd item was a gift for someone else who still hasn't gotten item as I purchased over two weeks ago. Upset about pending transaction and result of improving teeth color. more

Amazing !!!!! 4/11/2012

I've tried teeth whitening at another location and spent double than what smile bright offered. Both gave me whiter teeth but unlike other teeth whitening companies smile bright gave me instant noticeably brighter teeth ..... Even after the first 15 minutes. I'm very pleased with the results customer service was amazing its a small location but they make you feel right at home. The employee was well knowledgeable of the product and how it works and also gave me step by step instructions of what she was doing before she did it ... Made me feel comfortable and ensured me that I was in good hands . I'd recommend doing it at smile bright first then taking a kit home . This way you'll know exactly what your doing and when to do it. I love my teeth and will definitely return for another session ! more
