Nothing but love for all the docs here. Without their care and knowledge of animals, I would not have my pets now. I cannot praise them enough. AWESOME FOLKS........LOVE U GUYS

saved my dogs life with only a few minutes left! 8/13/2010

Jim Hobby is the BEST! Years ago, on Labor day weekend, my black lab got very sick, knocking on death's door. We called our local vet, no answer and no returned call. we called another vet here in town....no response.\r So, we just looked in the phone book and called him up. He returned our call within 10 minutes and met us at his office. \r Upon seeing our dog was just about to die, he grabbed some tools and did the life saving procedure right there in the waiting room! He did not even take him back to an exam room.\r \r A few more minutes and my dog would have died! He is the BEST! more

Best vet ever 7/13/2010

I have used Smalley's for years. I love them. They have the most courteous and knowledgable staff. Every time I have taken my dog or cat to them they are compassionate and really seem to care about the animals and myself. I reccommend them to anyone. more

Excellent vets! 6/16/2010

On a Sunday afternoon one of my neighbors shot my golden retriever. I called Smalley's emergency # and met Jim there. He immediately set to work and saved my dog. Even on a Sunday afternoon, his day off, he was so pleasant and helpful. He is really dedicated to his profession. His whole staff is the same way. I would recommend them to anyone! more

dog hit by hit and run driver 4/18/2009

My wife and I found a badly injured chocolate Lab in the middle of the road. We stopped and checked on the dog and seen that she was still alive, we both picked her up and carried her to Smalley`s animal Hospital where they took her right in and started working on her, and done everything possible to save her. I would recommend Smalley`s Hospital for all your animal needs. They really have a great friendly staff.... more

We've been using the Hobby's (Smalley's Animal Hospital) for years and have nothing but praise and thanks for all they've done for our assorted critters. If you're looking for a vet -- you can't go wrong with these folks! more

One eyed puppy 2/4/2008

The other day we had a lil puppy get bit by another dog and his eye had been popped out of its socket. We live in Sandersville so we went to both of these so called vets in Sandersville and they were both closed with no emergency number. If it hadn't been for Smalleys my little puppy may have died. They asked no questions just took him in as soon as we got there and took care of him. They are very considerate to our needs as well as the needs of the animal. Very caring vets. more
