I came to California surgical institute and was automatically greeted by Dr.Smaili's staff. I was nervous about having a consultation but they assured me that everything would be okay. Dr.Smaili explained everything that he would do and answered all of my questions. I have to give them a 5star rating. Great service, great personel. Dr. Smaili was very great and explained to me the difference of saline and silicone. He also explained to me what size was best for me. I went from a 32A to a 34D. I am very satisfied with the work he did. there is no scars and look very natural. The nurse was very nice and explained to me what was going to take place. i was seen the next day for a post op visit. if i ever wanted to get more work done i would defeniatly go back to Dr. Smaili. more

My Dr. Rocks! Dr. Smaili preformed a rhinoplasty on me two weeks ago and I never even dreamed that I would feel the way I do. Now, I am not one of those vein California gals! I had a deformity and breathing problems that left me no choice but to go under the knife. I researched for what seemed like forever.
