If you show up at the Shelton, CT store to buy a mattress, make sure you go on a day other than Sunday or Monday when John (little Napoleon) is patrolling the floor. He?s a flat out liar and talks down to prospective customers like they are mere idiots. I suppose that one can?t blame him for trying to sell an item at top dollar, but don?t tell me that your price is as low as possible since I was given one substantially lower the day before, by another salesman. more
