They took care of my family when we just moved in to town. My couch set is great, and I didn't pay too much. I did my research before I paid for anything and found the best price at sleep cheap, so, I bought it. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the north jersey area. more

Rubbish 11/3/2011

So the products are basically the same as everywhere else, so you would hope that the customer service would separate them. the main gripe is with the delivery. They decide that they will do things on their time when it's convenient for them. If you don't work on a schedule, or have free time to hang around for them, it's great. Besides Monica, I wouldn't want to deal with anyone there. Incompetence says it best. more

I loved it there 11/2/2011

Had a great experience shopping there. I had many bad experiences buying furniture in the past. After some friends reccomended them to me, I took the chance. My saleswoman was not pushy, the prices were great, selection was perfect, and they delivered as promised on time. Now I wont shop anywhere else for furniture besides Sleep Cheap. :) more

sleep cheap furniture, i met a nice young Dominican fellow by the name of angel, what a sweet beautiful young man. he was very helpful to me and my partner. i asked so many questions i thought he was gonna send me out of the store, but he was patient and nice. you sir are full of monkey doo, either your a moron, or you don't know how to go shopping. my mother has shopped from this store since it opened and so have my brothers. and i will continue shopping there for all my furniture, what an amazing staff, i will let my friends know, that this is the only people you can trust when it comes to shopping. more

employee are really rude and mean 5/8/2011

the store staff is rude ,mean and not helpful at all. these guys are not kept there promise. when you are planning to buy they will promise to deliver item within week but once you pay full amount then they will take 2-3 weeks and you can not cancel your order, so you have to wait. If you want to complain to owner they will not give you any information and they will rudely disconnect your phone. I Strongly recommend not to buy anything from sleep cheap jersey city. more
