I had surgery in May and again in August. Dr. Sladek was very informative about everything. Visiting his office, everyone is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very handicap accessible which is very important when you cannot walk well or at all. The office is very beautiful as far as plants and outside bird feeders instead of stark white walls. Dr. Sladek has always answered all my questions and taken great care of my needs.
