We felt very safe with the pilot Pete in control. You could tell he was very experienced and a safe pilot. I would recommend them and they deserve 5 or more stars!!

Thank you so much Lynn for calling me yesterday to let us know of the 2 available spots for the balloon ride. This was a suprise for my husband and we were celebrating our 9 years of marriage. We have been sharing the excitement of the ride with our family and friends and highly recommend that it is something well worth experiencing. And if they are going to be in San Diego they should absolutely book with Skysurfer Balloon Co. more

pilot did a great job of narrating specific points of intere 6/30/2011

once we were airborne, our pilot did a great job of narrating specific points of interests as well as keeping quiet to allow passengers to have their own experience. our balloon floated up & down between the other balloons, which we separated from eventually, but we didn't really notice too much because it was done in such a smooth manner. more

Great Experience I used this company to ask my girlfriend to marry me and they were absolutely GREAT! They really helped me with ideas on the best way to go about asking her. They were also very professional and kind people. I definitely recommend them!!! Great people, Great fun!!! more

I decided on SkySurfer. Connie the owner is so nice and helpful, and also gave us a great rate (which helped us be able to tip the crew later). She emailed me a confirmation with all the info, and gave good directions, etc. The flight ended up being amazing. The crew is chill, and Pete our captain (or whatever you call the main guy) was great. He was very experienced, and crushed any fear I had about the flight and heights. He also was able to give us the background history on hot air balloons, the company, etc etc, and point out some key places that we were passing over down below. more

We got more air time than expected, and we were served as much champagne as we wished in the air and when we landed. Oh, and they flew a birthday banner for me :). Overall a great, great time, and a fun way to spend a birthday. more

Connie (reservations) was friendly and helpful, our ground crew were great (and worked their asses off) and our pilot (Pete) was knowledgeable and passionate about ballooning. Overall a great experience. more
