The finest in La Jolla 1/12/2006

This elegant hotel has been in the upscale La Jolla area for many, many years. The rich and famous have stayed here and keep coming back because of the wonderful hospitality and gorgeous grounds. The food is amazing and the grounds are impeccable. The minute you drive up you are stunned by it's beauty. The hotel is definitely pricey but well worth the money, especially for a special occasion. The hotel is right in the heart of La Jolla so it's within walking distance of some very exclusive shops. Highly recommended and worthy of any wedding reception. more

La Valencia Hotel 11/26/2005

LaJolla, located right next to San Diego, itself is paradise and La Valencia Hotel is located right there in the heart of LA Jolla. I found the location to be great - I went to the beach almost everyday, ate at the nice restaurants near by and just reeeelaaaxeeeed! I love this hotel I also love the proximity to San Diego where I can go for events such as zoo-looking and shopping. more

Fab Get Away Hotel... 8/21/2005

This Hotel is GORGOUS. Centrally located in the heart of La Jolla near shopping and restaurants-you won't be disappointed. We stayed here for a birthday and had our own villa. They served champagne and chocolate covered strawberries just because it was my birthday and we did not even request it! The views are great-the pool is lovely and the hotel rooms are so nice! Enjoy a get away at this hotel! more
