#1 for Laser Tattoo Removal \r \r I have been going to Skin deep laser services for a several months for tattoo removal and I cannot say enough about the staff, the facility of the manner which they care for their clients. Compared to the facility I was attending prior, I have no qualms recommending this office. From the moment you walk in there you don't feel pressured. The free consultation is totally open to any and all questions and not a plug for more business. During your consultation you'll understand how many treatments are expected and you will learn what the packages offered are. As for the tattoo removal itself, the process they use is far less painful than my previous experience and I am not suffering for days. The technician Amanda is completely knowledgeable and I love that they often follow up with a phone call or email the next day to see how I am doing. Skin deep laser services is truly first class and I completely recommend their services! more

So Happy!!!\r \r I finally finished all my tattoo removal sessions (8). I am so happy to say that my tattoo is completely gone. I have had a great experience. This place is super clean, they are truthful and not exaggerating when you ask questions and the staff is great. Arielle is fantastic and Amanda also is great. I almost wish I had more tattoos to remove! I will be going back for other services. more

Nicole started me on a skin regimen about 2 months ago for very stubborn sun spots that developed about 2 years ago. I had tried everything imaginable from Clinique, Estee Lauder , facials and enzyme peels. I was so embarrassed of my spots and frustrated with the need to apply make-up every day! Nicole suggested Obagi products in combination with Fraxel Resurfacing treatments. Today I am finally leaving my house make -up free!\r My skin looks and feels amazing! I have had a number of procedures at Skin Deep Laser Services, and my experience is always extremely positive. Nicole D’Alessandro did Fraxel Resurfacing for my acne scars & Endymed skin tightening with fantastic results. I went from looking like a 60 year old to looking 10 years younger. My cheeks are back - full and pretty - got rid of wrinkles and lines - no more jowls, easily took ten years off. All of the procedures have been noninvasive including Botox and Juvederm to help with wrinkles and my sunken cheeks. The staff is warm and welcoming. I could not be happier with my experience. more

Love Skin Deep.. :-)\r \r I am having a fairly large tattoo removed at Skin Deep Laser Medspa. I was referred here by my tattoo artist who has many clients that go there. \r When I went in I was very worried about the pain. Well, it only took less than a minute to treat the entire tattoo. It did hurt, but they did numb the area so that helped. \r I like to know the technical aspects behind things and Ariell showed me how their laser worked. The equipment they are using is top of the line/cutting edge. Ask her what makes 4 wavelengths are better than one (most places only use one). I was impressed. I bought a package at a discount, because we all know the tattoo doesn't disappear overnight. They are very upfront about this.\r \r I am extremely happy with this place. more

Best place to get your tattoo removed.\r Great experience! Friendly and very informative staff, very reasonably priced,,, I paid $85 for my treatment and got a bigger discount when I signed up for a package of 6 treatments. The treatment was less than a minute and what I loved was the machine they used that blows cold air prior and during the treatment to numb the area. Very clean, professional, and great customer service. more

Went in last month for my first treatment on a tattoo I've had for 20+ years. The office was very relaxed, the ladies were terrific, and the procedure was very quick. They use a chiller (cryogen) very cold air to pre-numb the area and that really helped with the process. My tattoo is already faded. Amazing results already!!! Five stars all around. more

I had my first treatment at Skin Deep last week. The total experience was great. From the moment I walked in - I was greeted right away by the receptionist. The office itself was tidy and well-kept. I met with the RN, Kathy, within a few minutes (I've been to many med spas where I had to sit and wait a half hr or more while the RNs and techs took their time and ran late). \r \r I went in only interested in just hearing about Botox but after meeting with Kathy, and seeing how knowledgeable she was, I got the treatment right away! She was so friendly, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. And now a week later I couldn't be any happier with the results. I was also introduced to another treatment, called Juvederm, which I'm excited to have done at my next appointment. \r \r I recommend Skin Deep to everyone. And if you're looking for Botox - Kathy is definitely the best RN I've seen for it. more

I have been going to skin deep in Peabody for tattoo removal. I wanted to wait to write a review until my tat's were gone. I have had 3 tattoo's treated, all 3 only black ink. I have had 9 treatments and they are all gone. I was really good with my aftercare so I do not have any scarring at all. I am happy that the treatments are all done because the blistering was such a pain to deal with but now I know that it was all worth it! The pain of the laser wasn't too much fun but once again it is all part of the process. The technician was always so clear about each treatment and what she was doing for settings and what to expect afterwards so it made it very easy for me. The office was always clean and all the staff very professional. I would highly recommend going to skin deep to start your tattoo removal process. So happy I don't have to look at those horrible tattoo's anymore!!! more

I have searched endlessly for a North Shore Laser center that had experienced professionals. I was so impressed with Nicole who explained the procedure, and was actually the one who would later be performing the procedure. This alone made me so happy. I wasn't just speaking to a sales girl, who had no knowledge on what was going to be done to me. This had been my previous experiences.\r Nicole took her time to go over everything, address my concerns, and I knew I was in great hands! After my treatment I am more than happy with my results! The entire experience was fantastic, great staff, customer service and results! So glad I found Nicole at Skin Deep!!!!! more

My results make me smile! I have been visiting Skin Deep for a few months now. I was nervous coming to a new skin care center, but I am happy I did!\r Nicole (the medical esthetician) was wonderful! I trusted her ability and knowledge of laser services. She gave me 3 Fraxel Restore treatments & my skin looks amazing! Smoother, brighter, and most important less wrinkles! I highly recommend Fraxel & Nicole.\r After trusting in her, she then introduced me to Kathy the nurse injector...she was professional and gave me the best botox I have had to date!!\r I now am confident and impressed with the level customer service and skill. Great experience! I have been to so many different medical spas over the years and I've always felt like the staff was more interested in selling me something than taking care of the issues with my skin. Nicole truly listened to all of my concerns and tailor made a treatment plan that was perfect for me! I haven't been this happy with my skin in years. The other night I also attended their open house which was so informative, it was like attending a mini skin care class, perfect for someone who like me, gets overwhelmed with all of the different treatments available. I can't wait to return in a few weeks for my Botox treatment! more

Wonderful Experience! After much disappointment with expensive cosmetic treatments and care, I was able to come in contact with Nicole at Skin Deep- Peabody. She created a customized treatment plan taking into consideration my desired results and budget. She was able to educate me on each procedure and it's benefit. Loving my treatments!! I originally came to Skin Deep for a tattoo consult. I have done so much research on TATTOO REMOVAL and consulted with many businesses in the north shore area. Consult after consult I kept getting more disappointed. After going to Skin Deep I was so impressed with their knowledge and experience I started the first treatment that day! I am now on my fourth treatment and I am amazed with my results. I have so many colors in this horrible tattoo that I never would have expected to see results this fast. Best decision I have ever made! So happy to be removing this tattoo with this place. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. more

I did so much research before going to this place. I have a very large tattoo that i wanted removed for teh last 3 years. After my consultation, i felt so comfortable and excited to start my treatments. They have the BEST LASER. I never knew that cheap lasers could leave scarring behind. I have dark skin and that scarred me when it came to lasers. I have had 4 treatments so far and I can not believe how fast the tattoo is fading. I wanted to wait before writting a review because i was sceptical at first, but I am so happy that I need to spread the word, lol. Amanda and Ariel are great. They make me feel so comfortable everytime I go there. They truly care about my results and have helped me every step of the way. Best place for TATTOO REMOVAl, and I'm sure other things. :-) more

Professional Service, Awesome Results 2/22/2012

I'm having 2 tattoos removed on my back and I’m amazed at the results after just 4 treatments.\r \r If you want great results, you should come to Skin Deep Laser Services. The staff is very professional and are extremely knowledgeable about tattoo removal. During the free consultation, they took time to explain everything to me, made sure I was comfortable with the process and put together a package specific to my tattoos which was very reasonable compared to other places I visited. After doing extensive research on tattoo removal lasers I found Skin Deep to have one of the best lasers to remove all colors completely without scaring. \r more

I saw the sign on 114 for Botox. I scheduled an appoinment. Ericka (the injector) was AMAZING. She was very gentle and knowledgable. Ive had Botox for many, many years and truly loved her results. I cant wait to go back for more fillers and more Botox. Small office, but amazing service. more

Very Happy!!! 1/21/2012

My husband bought me a coupon for laser hair removal (Groupon). I decided to do my underarms. I had such great results with their laser, that I signed up for bikini, lip, chin. They always have amazing deals every time i go there. They really take care of their patients. Now my mom is also going there for her Botox and some skin tightening treatment. Cant wait to send my husband as well for hair removal. Clean, friendly place with very experienced staff. Worth every penny!! :-) more
