I have been going to The Skin Care Institute for over 8 years and have had the absolute best customer care, always professional, always friendly, with attention to personal concern of my welfare and personal satifiaction of services and products. I have been to other such facilities in Tulsa, and in my opinion, SKI is hands down the best!!! I highly recommend it regularly! more

Awesome Experience! 2/5/2012

This was my first visit to The Skin Care Institute and it was totally awesome! The facility is beautiful and has a soothing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The most impressive of all was the RN that did my procedure. She was wonderful. I will definitely be back and will request her every time !!! more

I have never had a bad experience at the Skin Care Institute. I'm always greeted by my first name and most of the staff know what I do for a living so we engage is great conversation. I love my massages with Paul. This time my shoulder area was hurting and he took care of it. more

Care and Concern are a Priority 1/16/2012

At Skin Care Institute in Tulsa, the client's health and comfort are always a priority. I also appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff. After undergoing a procedure which I happened to have a reaction to, I received excellent care and follow-up, including after-hours phone calls from Dr. Alexander. I honestly believe I could not receive better care anywhere else! more

I have been going to skin care institute for 5 or 6 years and I have always been greeted with a smile, friendly hello, and time was taken with me each and every time, i was not rushed or cut short. The spa was beautiful, up to date on everything and very informative about everything. I love it and you will too! more

never saw the doctor for full leg hair lazer removel. and going threw the process, i had 4 different ladies because the one before quit, not all of them was pleasant. i bought treatments ahead of time to save money but i never went back because of a rude technician and my "gift card" expired before i could get back to finish all the treatments. so i will not use them again. more

laser hair nonremoval 1/14/2012

I had 3 sesseions of laser hair removal on my upper back and shoulder area. I had absolutely no results. I am now going to a different facility and after 1 session I can see results. I am very displeased and feel like I wasted my money there. more
