They have kept good tenants and diligently managed the property for some time now. I have no complaints and am pleased and relieved to have them taking care of things.

Worst

SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs ...

SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs if made at all, were merely a band-aid until they needed to be repaired again. Horrible person to person contact. At least pretend to be happy about a potential client. The only thing Jason manages, is the money that he pockets! more

This management has kept my home in great condition while keeping it full and generating income. I am very pleased with the service and attention to detail. They show their experience every time something comes up. Its reassuring to have that kind of experience on your side. more

The level of service here is far superior compared to that of other management companies Ive dealt with. sjc has a level of comunication that keeps me informed on the goings on at the property making it easy to rent my home out and maintain the property. more

Living in Alaska and having rental property in Washington is not a perfect fit but you made it work. more

Great Management! 5/5/2011

I have used SJC for several years and have continuously been served fairly and professionally. I am a small customer, but always am treated like I had many units to rent. Keep up the friendly spirit. more
