June 22nd 2013 wedding... I ordered my dress from sisters bridal and had NO problems with it arriving on time as well as with my alterations. in fact, I felt that my husband and I received excellent service..Compared to other stores I visited sisters was very clean, modest and classy. I really felt like I got treated like a bride. the tux's was perfect and my dress was amazing. I would say that at least for 2013 sisters has got it together compaired to other local bridal stores. thank you sisters! more

This being the 6th wedding I have been a bridesmaid/maid of honor in, I can honeslty say I have never had a more difficult time with a bridal store. \r Our first visit was great, everyone was more than eager to get us dresses, help us get fitted everything we wanted we were given...however that quickly changed after the dresses were ordered.\r From the dresses arriving late (only a couple of weeks before the wedding date) and in seperate shipments to the unwillingness of the store to work with out of town bridesmaids for fittings the week before the wedding (when the dress alterations were finally done) everything was handled poorly. \r Alterations were sloppy and very expensive. The day of the wedding I was trimming extra thread off of the altered parts of my dress and hoping no one noticed that the thread used was an entirely different color than the actual dress. \r What started out to be a great experience left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. I am not yet married but I will not be returning to Sisters Bridal nor will I reccomend them to anyone else. more

I would not recommend Sister's to anyone hoping to have an enjoyable time with their bridesmaids. At first when my 7 bridesmaids and I arrived at Sister's and ordered we were treated great, but that quickly changed. My bridal party ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses, 1 junior bridesmaid dress, and 2 flower girl dresses. NONE of the process went easily. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in December and were told they would arrive at the beginning of April. The dresses ended up being delivered at the end of May, when our wedding date was June18. We had the alterations done there, but the alterations were BEYOND sloppy. I am no seamstress, but I assume anyone could do better alterations with their eyes closed. Of my 7 bridesmaids, 6 are not yet married and Sisters could have easily gained 6 new clients, but due to the lack of professionalism lost those 6 people. Sisters does not return phone calls, tells you what you want to hear, and does not seem to have a grasp on the businesses they are doing business with. They often used the excuse that they left messages/emails at the company, but weeks later still had not 'heard' from them. I would not recommend Sisters to any bride. Trust me, when my bridesmaids dresses were not done until the day before our wedding I knew that Sisters would not be gaining any business from people that I know. more
