Very Good Job! 4/5/2013

We had some problem with sir carpet last year, but they were kind enough to give us a free carpet cleaning re-do. Steve was very good and seemed to know his stuff! He did everything he said he would and more! I am never inclined to give any one or company a 5 star rating, because there is always room for improvement. But in Steve's case not much is needed, and I will give him 4 1/2 stars! more

4th time using 3/8/2013

I've used Sir Carpet x 3 for the special 5 rooms for $85. They have always done a grat job. The 4th treatment was the more expensive carpet cleaning with the rotating brushes. The cost was $265 for 5 rooms. Didn't see the different but the recommendation was to have this done every 4th time to remove all the particles not picked up by the regular cleaning. more

We called up Sir Carpet and they came out when they said they would. They followed up on every call. They did a great job cleaning carpet and tile. They are pleasant to deal with and Laila was great. They did well on product and service and the overall cost was good. more

Great Value 1/21/2013

Recently had my carpets cleaned by Sir Carpet (Dave and his Son) and thought the overall process was exceptional. They provided an honest quote and stuck to it instead of bait and switch tactics that most companies try to pull. I appreciated that Dave took his time and ensured the cleaning was extremely thorough. I had 3 high traffic dirty areas and now all look like new. more

Sir Carpet has cleaned my carpets 2 times and I can honestly say that both times they came was perfect!! In all the years, and in all the places I have lived throughout the country and have had my carpets professionally cleaned, Sir Carpet is the very best!! Our carpets were immaculate and looked like new when the crew finished. and the service outstanding. Sir Carpet and their staff are professional, thoughtful, can be trusted, and their service outstanding! I highly recommend this company!! more

You need to improve your customer experience. Mine was aweful. I work in customer service and I would never let a customer walk away with the experience I have. Word of mouth travels quick and I will be sure to spread my experience with everyone so no one else will have this happen to them. Late, carpets were still dirty when i wiped them with a white towel as were the concrete floors and the owner dismissed the fact that i paid over $500 with the upsells. more

From making the reservation until they called to confirm and the techs showing up it was a great experience from beginning to end. They cleaned my carpets and did my tile, and I also had a mattress I needed cleaned. For me, timing is everything, and when they performed, they did what they said they were going to do. more

Need to improve customer service. Owner left once I declined his the majority of his upselling attempts and had his son do all the work. He never came back to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction or even to thank us for our business. They gave no information on drying times for the carpet either. I purchased an online deal only to be told that deal only to pay more when they came so the deal was hardly a deal at all! I would not recommend. more

I had written an earlier review about 4/10/2012

I had written an earlier review about how dirty my stairs were after I had them cleaned. The company came back out and redid them, spending more time on them than they had previously spent on the whole house. In the end, the stairs looked wonderful. So they do respond to voiced concerns, and as a result, I would use them again. more
