Brandon. I had many tech through the years from different oil companies. Which I have no complaints about. Brandon is an exceptional tech. I had a few questions and he had an answer for everyone of them. This young man knows what he is talking about. He knows the business! I am so glad that Sippin uses their own techs and doesn't job it out. They may not be as big as some other fuel companies,but they are there for their customers! It's nice to have a family owned company working for you. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure.. Thank you Baradon,and thank you Sippin! more

I had 2 other companies try to fix my boiler and they were both unsuccessful. One said that they could not keep coming to try and fix it (they did not get paid). I called Sippin’s and the Sippin technician spent several hours there to find the problem and remained there through several thermostat call for heat cycles to ensure it was fixed. I have switched my account to Sippin Energy. Thank you Sippins more

Sippin has proven once again why they deserve the customer base they have…each time my mid 80s furnace gags and a pump starts sounding like its gonna rip itself to pieces or a sensor burns out and I find myself without any heat I can get them here and dealing with it in matter of a couple of hours. Two weeks ago when it was closer to zero than I want to think about, and the house was headed that way in a hurry, I was up and running again within an hour of calling. In the day when oil costs what it costs and the real difference comes down to service, I have only good things to say. Add to this the automated sensor that tells them when to get here to fill me up, it pretty much takes the worry out of it. Now if they could figure out a way to knock a couple bucks off the price, I'd be real happy!! more

I have never had a run-out, their emergency service was timely, appointments ran as scheduled, furnace replacements were handled properly, neatly, and priced competitively. system problems were expertly handled and re-designed for my 200+ year old home. Sippin has been a very good oil company to us. They do a lock-in price, and normally with it I do save money. They have a delivery service set up, but will make additional calls if needed. They also have a service plan which is good to have. They are on call 24 hours a day and we have used this service. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company. more
