These guys are LIFE SAVERS!!! After this past freeze, my pipes were frozen solid. When everything thawed I had leaks everywhere. They came out fixed my pipes and even found a few problems that I didn't know about. I had no problems paying for the service and they earned it every bit of it. more

Awesome company. Had them install two toilets for me and it took less than two hours. They were on time and did the job without creating a huge mess. Zach was the plumber and was a great kid. I was worried at first because he looked so young but he definitely knew what he was doing. I will be using Sink for all my plumbing needs in the future. more

Excellent customer service! I don't know what these other people are talking about. I had them install a sewer line for me and the work took much longer than expected due to roots in my yard but they kept to their word and honored their quote. Linda was so nice to work with. I've had bad experiences in the past with other service companies but by FAR, this was one of the best. I will always use Sink from now on. They have definitely earned my trust and future business. more

I have used this company for many, many years and found them to be very good. The BB&T rates them with an A+ and so do I. I have always found them to be honest and fair and they stand behind their work. Honorable Company . . Great folks! more

Terrible service--Expensive!!! 3/3/2010

I called to have them come and fix or replace a broken expansion pressure tank attached to my water heater which has kept this water heater in good shape until now. He came when I was not home---conned my wife into thinking that the pressure tank was OK---then replaced the pressure release valve on the water heater. The company charged me over $270.00 to replace a $10.00 part--which was not the main problem to begin with and now the water heater leaks and will have to be replaced. NEVER will I allow ANY repair persons in my house when I am not there!! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with Sink Plumbing again---nor will I have anything good to say about them---to ANYONE!!! Cons: ""fixed"" wrong thing---WAY OVERCHARGED!!! more

Over Priced-Rude-Unethica 11/30/2009

Three ""runs of the truck"" at $95 per run to fix a seal on a toilet. No estimate was provided and three trips was totally unnecessary. I'm not sure what has happened to this company. I assume the original Mr. Sink has passed away because he would never have approved of this type of business practice. And by the way, this is coming from a customer who has used this company for at least 30 years. Shame on you Sink Plumbing. You used to have such a good reputation but no more. Cons: Crooks more

Poor Customer Service & Con-Artists 8/3/2009

Do NOT trust this company. I'm sorry we ever did. We recently had a hot water heater installed after our old one went out, however the first ""service technician"" did not install it correctly. They agreed to come back out and fix it, however they wanted another ridiculously high service/labor fee. When we told them that we wouldn't pay another fee for THEIR mistake, they became belligerent. To make a long story short they denied and lied to the B B B about what had really happened and impacted our credit negatively. Don't bother with these cons...save yourself the drama and credit score dent! Cons: Rude, unhelpful, liars more
