Friendly service and reasonable rates 2/10/2010

He was able to diagnose the problem with our washer beyond the quick fix of the belt needing replacing. He took the time to try it out to make sure it worked. He went beyond what most repair places would do to fix the problem. Bob is very knowledgable and friendly. I will use him again, if I have any other appliance repair needs. Pros: Able to come when needed more

My First Call Every Time 9/24/2009

After Bob Simpson services your appliance, you'll wish this guy repaired everything that breaks in life. His friendly, affordable, and prompt service comes with sage advice from years of experience. When he repaired our stove it was one charge even though he needed to return with parts. He also got our gas-burning fireplace working at no extra charge on the same visit. Today he's back with an on-the-spot repair that will get us up and running within the hour. Thanks, Bob! Pros: Great service comes with great experience more

Reasonable Rates & Small Town Service-Outstanding! 11/20/2008

Small local one-person shop. Bob Simpson is very experienced, offers outstanding customer service (he made a personal run for the replacement parts so it could get fixed same day), and very reasonable rates (cheaper than CenterPoint or Sears) I loved supporting a local business owner who does such a great job. I would highly recommend him. He's like your favorite uncle who can fix anything and has a story or two to tell while he's at it. Cash/check only. Pros: Knowledge, Customer service Cons: A little phone tag to get the appointment set up-he answers his own calls. more

reasonable prices,prompt friendly service,well experienced 8/8/2006

Small business owner that is very customer friendly. Identified my problem right away. Doesnt charge to come back out if parts arent in stock. Better service call price than Centerpoint Energy or Sears appliance repair. more
