Never Before 3/21/2012

I have not had anything but horrible experience with Dentists and had grown fearful of them and just quit going. A friend of ours told us about Simply Smiles and more importantly the excellent care they recieved there by all the staff.I had my first appointment for a filling yesterday with the incredible Dr. Jacobsen and even though I was nervous it was the best experience I have ever had.They were so patient , gentle and caring. I look for ward to being a long time patient here and even though I need lots of work done on my teeth, I am certain I will receive nothing but the best care. Thank you to all, your team is what dentistry SHOULD be, a good experience towards better healthy teeth. Heather S. more

Don't Let Fear Keep You From Here! 3/1/2012

If you've not cared for your dental health out of fear from past experiences, Dr. Rich and staff will make you feel comfortable and at ease. Caring, incredibly competent, personable and honest. If pain is your issue, I can tell you they understand and make sure you don't feel any. You won't get suggestions for treatment unless it's completely and honestly necessary. I just wish I had known about Dr. Rich and staff years ago. more

LOOOOOOOVE THEIR SERVICE!!!! 1/29/2012

I have gone to 2 different dentist and these guys are by far the best!! You enter the room and you feel like you know everyone because everyone will greet you! Literally...even the one's that have never helped you...they know who you are! They talk to you and they really make you feel comfortable. What I really like about them is that they work with you and your insurance. No other place has done this for me...all they do is call my insurance and once complications hit then they give up..but not these guys. THANK YOU SIMPLY SMILES STAFF FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! WILL BE REFERRING LOTS OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOUR WAY ; ) ..AND PLEASE DON'T EVER CHANGE !! EHEHE more

Exceptional Care 1/12/2012

Dr. Rich and his friendly staff are an incredible team! Dr. Rich explains everything he does and includes the patient in the process. I had 7 cavities filled in 2 visits and no pain and most importantly no fear. The office is very warm and "homey" complete with a fireplace and lighted candles. Best of all is that Dr. Rich called me from home to check on me...you can't find too many doctors that do that! Highly recommend!! more

I am so impressed with this dental office. They are all caring, friendly people who from the moment you walk in try to do their best to accommadate you. I was impressed with the card sent me by Tracy after my first visit. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Great with kids! 11/1/2011

I take my 12 year old (who is terrified of the dentist) to see Dr. Jacobsen. She is the best! with in moments my daughter is calm and follows instructions and the procedures go without a hitch. The staff is incredibly helpful and answers all questions no matter how silly they seem. Definitely a gem! more
