We were with another security co.(the biggest) and felt totally let down by their customer service. There was no feeling of concern whatsoever, we were just a number. When I read about their slow response time, that was it. After doing some research on response time, I realized that Simply Alarms could offer us the service we wanted. I spoke with a manager over the phone and was going to set up a in-home consult, but instead opted for a consultation over the phone with a lady named Leilani. She was very knowledgeable as to what was necessary to protect our home, and gave me a deal on cameras as well. The install went as promised by a neat well mannered young man, and there were no surprises. We've been happy with our system for 3 months now, and would recommend this company to Family, and friends. Imagine, I got everything I wanted, and no sales person had to ever come to my home. Like most families, we waited until something bad happened before getting an alarm. We forgot to lock a window before going to bed at night. I woke up to a noise in the middle of the night. I went downstairs to look around, but found nothing. The next morning, the window was slightly open and there was a muddy footprint on the window ledge. more

I have a home alarm and had a great experience with another company.. No Ive been offered some special deal through this company? Found it terrible the way this place called and kept pushing me, some guy claiming to be the owner even said he'd do anything to get a deal. I'd question the sales tactics of this place and really research before talking to them.. more
