and felt totally let down by their customer service. There was no feeling of concern whatsoever, we were just a number. When I read about their slow response time, that was it. After doing some research on response time, I realized that Simply Alarms could offer us the service we wanted. I spoke with a manager over the phone and was going to set up a in-home consult, but instead opted for a consultation over the phone with a lady named Leilani. She was very knowledgeable as to what was necessary to protect our home, and gave me a deal on cameras as well. The install went as promised by a neat well mannered young man, and there were no surprises. We've been happy with our system for 3 months now, and would recommend this company to Family, and friends. Imagine, I got everything I wanted, and no sales person had to ever come to my home. This company knows how to treat customers. Don't take my word for it, give'em a call and find out for yourself.
