I had a wonderful appointment at Simplemente Beatriz. Beatriz helped me and she was very relaxed, patient and the type of person I felt very comfortable opening up to, answering questions about what I wanted and just chatting about weddings and beautiful Cali. Though the salon did not have the specific dress I was looking for, I was able to try on a number of styles to get an idea of what kind of dress would really suit me. Beatriz is an expert on wedding gowns and has been in the business for so long that she can help you find exactly what you are looking for! After going to numerous stores, I finally found my dream dress! Beatriz picked it out for me and I looked forward to going back to her beautiful store with my mom and trying on my gown for fittings, which were stress free and my dress ended up fitting me like a glove on my wedding day! Beatriz is the BEST! There were two of us trying on dresses and she made us both feel like princesses. She totally got my vision as I was having a hard time finding a dress that combined all of my elements. She probably let us try on 75% of the dresses in the store. She was beyond sweet and personable and I look forward to going back there. I think I even found THE dress there! We all cried, even Beatriz. Her dress selection is fantastic, very unique. You will not look like a ""generic"" bride if you purchase a dress from her. She also offers suggestions on how you can alter the dress to better suit you and your personality. This is an amazing boutique in which every item is carefully selected and of the highest standards. The owner has exquisite taste and carries the best of the best couture wedding dresses. She is so kind and genuinely cares for each bride. The dress I bought was worth every penny and more. The dresses are so unique, it is worth stopping in to see dresses you won't find in other bridal boutiques. more

I really enjoyed my visit to Simplemente Beatriz. This store just makes you SO excited to get married! My wedding is still over a year away and I'm already thinking about buying a dress from this wonderful store. It was the first time I tried on a wedding dress and now I feel like I won't be visiting anywhere else. I just don't see the point. I thought that nothing would look good on my body type, but I ended up loving 3 out of the first 5 dresses I tried on. Beatriz was awesome. She was friendly and so helpful. She gave her input about what she thought looked best on me without being pushy. She wasn't just trying to make the sale. I saw extremely reasonable prices on all of the dresses I liked. I would recommend wearing a strapless bra, and bringing some heels to give you a better idea of how you're going to look on your big day. more

If this store were candy, I would gorge myself on it until I couldn't move and had a slight stomach cramp. As it stands, this little boutique is like the owner went inside my head and took everything I like and made it into a store. Seriously, there is something here for any woman who is not afraid elegance and style. There are dresses anywhere from romantic to fun. The accessories are fantastic and not overdone. The prices are really reasonable for a boutique and the best part is that the gal working was just so darned pleasant and down to earth. more

I actually found a wedding dress that my parents don't have to mortgage their house for. I tried on about 5 dresses before I found the mythical ""the one."" The lady who helped me out the whole time I was there was extremely helpful but not pushy. more

I've never had a tux before so I came here and they helped me so much! I don't know what ""looks good"" but the employees found a tux that doesn't look too bad! more

My 15anera was 8 years ago and I'm still upset at the bad service they had with me. My pictures looked like my little sister had taken them, the video was worst than a home video!! and my limo never came, they sent me a crapy looking one. Just to make it short, I cried and had the worst experience with this people. Please don't even think of using them because you'll regret it your entire life!! I don't know how they still continue to have business! They are the worst there can be. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

This is the most unprofessional bridal shop I have ever been to. There photography and vidoegraphy is the worst I have ever seen. I had to return my wedding video/dvd, it skipped, paused and just the whole thing ws upsetting to watch. I have no idea what their angle was the whole time I was watching it, They did not film my guests jsut a lousy job. They told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks and now a month an half later I have had to call them and the owner BEATRIZ was so rude to me and told me it wouldnt be ready for another two weeks because they have been busy. I have already paid for my event since it was over 4 months ago and all I have recieved is bad service on their part. This place is a mess and I regret I would ever allow such sloppy people to capture the most important day of my life. Because of them my memories are ruined. My guests pictures are better then theirs. I wouldnt wish them upon anyone trying to capture their most joyous event. Save your money and do research before you lose out on more then just money....They are awful awful......I guess in the end you get what you pay for! Cheap and lousy and sloppy and unprofessional is how I describe this want to be bridal place. How they stay in business will always surprise me!
