We ordered a floor from Sinple Floors in Feb. of 2008. The shipment arrived late by 7-10 days. That really didn't bother me a whole lot because I realize that these things can happen. When the shipment arrived, the color was not at all like what was shown on the website. I am easy to get along with, so I tried to convince my wife that it would still look good. We ordered rejuvenate plank Brazilian Cherry and the website portrays it as a medium shade and what we got was a real dark shade. It did not look good and we asked a flooring installer what he thought. He agreed with my wife and I said I would call Monday and exchange it for a different one. I called and talked to Tina. She was totally unprofessional and rude. She told me ""THAT IS A NATURAL PRODUCT AND IT COMES THAT COLOR RIGHT FROM THE TREE WITH NO STAIN."" I asked to talk to her supervisor and was told the supervisor was on the other line , Would I hold? I was on hold for a total of one hour with Tina(the customer ""service"" rep) asking several times if I wanted to leave a message. Each time, I told her I would wait for her supervisor to finish her call. After an hour passed, it was obvious that Tina was Lying, so I reluctantly left my number while telling Tina that I doubted very seriously I would get a call. Well, It is now the next day and I got NO CALL. I will continue in this attempt to be treated fairly, but I think the Odds are against me. BP
