Everyone was very friendly and the wait time to complete the examination was not bad. It seemed like the process moved along in a very organized way.

Worst

God forbid you miss an appointment. They will charge you $25 which is so tacky. I realize they are busy but so is the average joe. Their billing people are not very nice either...

Kind people who listen to what I say. I don't feel as though I was simply a body to process in a hurry - I feel as though care is paid to my questions/concerns. After all, an informed patient is more apt to feel confident and pay attention to the doctor's recommendations! more
