Everyone was very friendly and the wait time to complete the examination was not bad. It seemed like the process moved along in a very organized way.

Worst

God forbid you miss an appointment. They will charge you $25 which is so tacky. I realize they are busy but so is the average joe. Their billing people are not very nice either...

I would have to say that you do have the friendliest staff, and they are all very helpful at all times. Seems like the assistants are always trying to speed things up and make you smile. Kind people who listen to what I say. I don't feel as though I was simply a body to process in a hurry - I feel as though care is paid to my questions/concerns. After all, an informed patient is more apt to feel confident and pay attention to the doctor's recommendations! more
