whomever is in billing, believe they will give you a run even when you dont owe THE MONEY THEY SAY YOU DO in which my case i have proved, stilll to date no apology..also the help is not great they really dont care what is going on, you tell them the problem and they pass the buck..you never get an answer to your question, but the funniest is when they say ill find out for you and never retrun, and they stand around looking busy ignoring you..unreal...i would not reccomment this place to anyone in my opinon. they just cant get it right...also beware the money that i proved i did not owe to them, took several months to take care of because they put it through collections, so of course they did not want to talk to me, why would they when they try to bill me for something i did not owe...definetly not a mistake i can say that, they didnt eve look into it, they just say oh ok you do owe it and we will be sending you to collections thinking they would get me but yall didnt...hope you all out there watch what u are charged..plus youll be right back in there after your visit because the first problem wasnt taken care of good luck to all
