Caring people and welcoming store 1/1/2011

I have shopped at Silverland religiously for several years. I have been in there when it was slow and when it was full of Christmas shoppers. Every time I have been there, I am warmly greeted, helped throughout my entire shopping time, and made to feel like family. I think these other people must be thinking of some other store with snooty salespeople. The Silverland girls have consistently made me feel genuinely cared for. They have an amazing selection of crosses, jewelry, and gifts. The pandora section is one of my usual stops, and I never feel rushed or pushed. I go in the store with needs and come out satisfied above my expectations. more

I buy my pandora jewelry at Silverland and I have always found the service to be warm and accommodating. The people are very knowledgable about the product, and I always leave feeling like they really cared about my satisfaction. more

Warm people and warm atmosphere 12/15/2010

I agree, where did those people shop? I am a man and the people in this store always help me find something my wife likes. The store has a great selection of jewelry, but lots of other things as well. And the Christian comment is unfair as well. They have prayed with me when my wife was in the hospital! Where else is that done? more

Excellent Store 12/10/2010

I'm sorry that some people have had bad experiences at this store. Their selection of wall crosses is amazing and I love the Pandora collection. It's a very nice place to shop if you are looking for a gift for a woman. I have never had a problem with the store or the staff. I Love Silverland! more

SNOOTY is right!! 3/20/2010

Being the only retailer for Pandora jewelry in Amarillo meant I had to shop there if I wanted this line of jewelry. When I purchased a gift certificate they completely ignored their own 10%off promotion advertised at their front door. When I brought my wife in, they refused to open a counter case to let her look at a piece she was wanting to purchase, because it was "too difficult". Needless to say, I can be treated like crap for much cheaper elsewhere. You've been warned. I agree... they are giving Christians a bad rap. more

I'm not sure where that person shopped. I am a regular at Silverland and have been for several years. Always receive the best of service and I absolutely love the environment as well as the selection of gifts. more

Nice selections, snooty sales people 4/27/2007

I love the merchandise at Silverland, but their sales staff is really snooty. I have shopped there, knowing exactly what I want to buy, but left without spending a penny because of the way the sales staff behaves. For a store that advertises itself as a Christian business, they don't practice what they preach. more

Good resonable jewelry 8/9/2005

Silverland has a good selection of silver jewelry, at decent prices, (if you want durable jewelry). It is a great place to find presents for any woman. They also carry crosses and unique gift items. They are also very good about returns and exchanges. I have been able to exchange gifts without a receipt, which is uncommon for a jewelry store! more
