Silverlake Driving School

Silverlake Driving School has always gone out of our way to accommodate the difficult schedules that most of our students have. Our standards for classroom and in-car instructors are extremely high....we are very careful about the instructors teaching your students. We did everything possible to satisfy the demands of this parent and were still unable to please her. We have students come to us from over 88 public and private high schools in this area and our reputation speaks for itself. Our students are always our first concern. We OFFERED this parent a refund when the class time change occurred and she REFUSED...she had to have the class in that time slot. This is the first time that we have had to deal with an issue like this. There are some people who will not ever be satisfied. We are not sure what more we could have done to satisfy this parent.\r \r We would hope that you would visit our school, meet our staff and talk with our students and parents who have completed our course to form your own opinion about Silverlake. Not everything you view online is the truth. more

Don't go here - you can't get drive times when limited on availability. They change the class times last minute and say ""So Sorry."" We made it with a whole bunch of sacrafice and they still got their money. They over book students and don't have nearly enough to accomidate athletes. However, rather get things done but will have to take the full 6 months to complete drive times if we can. No guarrentee - repeatly told them the times we can do as a result of sports and training. No help - go somewhere else. more
