SilverFox Limos

No Integrity....I spoke with a reservations representative at SilverFox Limos at 11:30 am on 418/13. I was told the H2 Hummer limo was available for my desired date of 5/18/13 and provided a quoted rate of $729 for 4 hours. The representative asked if I'd like to go ahead and book the reservation right then. I told the representative that I'd discuss it with my wife and I would get right back with her. I called back that same day at 1:30 pm (2 hrs later) and asked for the representative that I spoke with earlier. Since she was still at lunch, another girl on the phone asked if she could help. I told her that I would like to book the reservation I spoke of 2 hours earlier. She asked what amount I was quoted and I told her $729 for 4 hours. She then said that the representative I received my quote from made a mistake since that is during prom season. I was then told that instead of the $729 I was quoted earlier is now $1,800 !! I asked for the manager over reservations to call me as I felt it was only appropriate on my part to give management the opportunity to make this situation right before posting any reviews online. I was told that James Weymann would call me as soon as he returned from lunch. 48 hours has now passed and I have not received any follow up call from SilverFox. I feel strongly that SilverFox should have stood by the firm quote I was given just 2 hours earlier. This type of business behavior is indicative of a business that does not stand by their word, does not have high integrity business practices and one that puts price gouging a group of high school kids over following through on their stated quote. Rest assured, SilverFox had their chance to show me how they do business and they failed miserably before any car even pulled up to my door. There are too many other limo services in Charlotte to do business with one that does not stand behind its own words. more

If you are going to use any transportation service for your social and/ or business needs- It must be Silverfox! Their service is prompt, courteous, and professional at all times. upon recommendation of my caterer, I requested a quote for wedding limo service on their website. Mr. Weyman was very forthcoming with the difference between ""wedding"" and ""wedding package"" for service via email and phone calls ($40 gets you fresh flowers, Fiji bottled water, and rolling out the red carpet wherever the bride enters and exits the vehicle). I opted to go without the wedding package, and used the 10% coupon on this website. i recommend getting a couple quotes from their website if you are unsure of how you need your service (multiple pick-ups from the hotel, one-way service, etc)--one quote included an 8% fuel surcharge ($25 for our package), and other quotes i received didn't include this. if you want the wedding package, go for it, but the limo is nice enough to not need fresh flowers in it, and they provide regular bottled water. our church and reception locations were nice enough to not need the red carpet service, and our chauffer was very kind and accomodating--letting the guys put beer in the trunk for the ride from the church to reception. i don't remember much else, but it was a no-stress experience. pick-up service outside Charlotte results in an additional pickup charge ($75 for Belmont). Pros: service, on-time & early, accomodating; great service even w/o ""wedding package"" Cons: white limo only for 12 passengers more

SilverFox has the best limos in Charlotte. I've seen the others, and nothing else compares. They are always extremely clean and look like they just came off a showroom floor. Having had the pleasure of riding in them many times, I also know they are so much fun with all the bells and whistles. And the limo we used for our wedding night was the cherry on top of the most wonderful day! SilverFox is GREAT!!! Pros: Service with a smile...these guys are great! This company is awesome! Everytime i use them they always are on time and their vehicles are always so clean and smell fresh. We used other limos companies before and thought they were all the same until we started using SFL. They did a great job for my wedding and girls night out last year and we use their town cars to go to dinner with friends or just my husband when we don't want to spend the money for a limo. They have everything we need from town cars for my husband and his clients to suburbans and limousines when we go out with our friends.
