\r With a family of 5, the toilet is something that should never be broken. When my toilet was having problems, time was of the essence. I called the office at Silver Fox and told them what was going on. They sent someone out right away to take care of our broken toilet. It didn’t take the tech more than 10 minutes to get our toilet fixed. The whole family is grateful for the quick service we received. We ended up calling them back out later and decided to replace that old toilet. We should have taken the technician’s advice and replaced the thing then. Oh well lesson learned. If we ever have a problem again with anything plumbing related, we know who to call.\r more

We experienced a clogged drain in my mother's condominium. We kept needing to get in touch with a plumber every single year to handle the constant maintenance and were tired of the recommendation to just pour Drano, which would only temporarily solve the issue. I had a great encounter with Silverfox Plumbing. They showed up on the same day that we got in touch with them. They cleaned the area they were in once they were finished. They managed to accomplish everything the serviceman said that they would. They made sure that everything was in fact functioning properly prior to leaving. All my questions got answered and they did an overall great job. more
