They are a favorite business of mine because they have been so nice to me. I admit my dealings with them have not been for too long yet, but if they continue to be as nice as they are, I will keep renting fro them as long as permits! more

As a realtor, working with other agencies can sometimes be challenging. That certainly was not the case with Signature Realty. They were able to help a client of mine find a great place in Oklahoma. I am open to working with them again in the future. more

When I made the initial call 2 years ago to Signature, I was in the dark as a property owner and had a lot of questions about the process. I had just acquired the property and wanted to continue renting it. Since that first call they have been just as helpful and kind. I would never turn to another management company as long as Signature is still in business. more

I was excited to get my family and I moved out of an apartment into a house and when I began the search I found several homes on the website for Signature. I called and was treated very nicely right away. I told the girl I spoke to that I wanted to look at some of the home listed on line and she was able to schedule appointments for me right away. I applied for one of the places I looked at and the process was very easy. I have been living in the house since 8/1 and I am very happy! more

They were willing to set an appointment at 6pm for a property inspection and save time to get the work started instead of waiting a couple days. more

They were very thorough when I called in asking questions about an available home. They had so many homes available that they wanted to make sure they showed the appropriate homes to me. I am thankful they took the time to show me homes that were suitable for me and my needs. more

I spent weeks looking at dirty and out of date homes. I should have called Signature Realty first and saved myself so much frustration. more

Signature realty is prompt and efficient! When I came in from out of town, they were able to get me in to see homes on short notice. We even got the paperwork taken care of that same day! Working with Signature Realty has been the easiest move I have ever made! more

I am a homeowner who leases my home through Signature Realty. Reading the reviews here, mostly from perspective tennants is different.\r \r I thought I'd write about my experience with Signature Realty. \r \r First off, I find them professional. They have a hard job, renting property to people. Yes they may ask many questions but they need to answer to someone, the someone who pays the mortgage for the home you reside in. They need to make sure that you'll pay the rent and not destroy the property, or they have to face folks like me, the owner of said property.\r \r Repairs on my home are done quickly, I know I pay the extra fee for weekends or late night. Sorry if it's not quick enough for you the renter, but when I see the bill, I question why it couldn't wait.\r \r My home being rented was not an investment, it was my home for 3 years before I had to move to accept a position. I find it amazing the requests that we get, a new light in the kitchen, better blinds. These items were good for my family, so I suspect they're good. \r \r Complainers out there should check out the apartments, the ones that never do anything on the weekend. I live in OH and had no kitchen sink from Early Saturday through Monday afternoon, the complex told me to use the tub, on the second floor, to wash my dishes. Couldn't do a thing about it.\r \r The management of Signature Reality does a great job dealing with issues. Keep in mind they have hundreds of homes, not apartments, that they professionally manage. As for my experience with other rental agencies, one listed my property for 2 months and showed it twice. \r \r I'll take Signature Realty any day - tennants must realize that they have to go through channels with the owners prior to getting things fixed, especially if it's an expensive fix. So keep that in mind since, if you owned the property, you'd be paying for the fix yourselves.\r \r Just my two cents... more

I had a wonderful experience with these people. They worked with us to get us into something fast, and our house was cute and clean. We came from out of town and they got us in to see houses that day even. \r I think they did a great job, and i am very happy. \r I like Edmond a lot ( we are from a bigger city so something a little quieter is just the ticket) The schools are great, and the town is nice. Traffic isn't the best, but its worth it. \r more

Like several of the other reviews, which I now wish I had read before I rented this piece of crap house; these guys are scum bags from each member of the staff allt he way to Allen the owner.\r \r I have experienced just about everything the other reviewers have written as well. From Allen driving like a maniac from one house to the other, constantly changing direction so you have no clue where you are. He definatley takes advantage of you if you are not from the area. The house I rented looked great; but once I moved in & I really started noticing all the problems with it. And let me tell you, in the State of OK the law says they have 14 days to make repairs, other than the first repair I requested, they hav NEVER made a repair under 14 days. I currently have a large list of items they refuse to repair. And they love to tell you that so & so who took the request never gave it to the right staff person & so no one knew about the request. The repair man has come to my house unannounced several times. I notice things have been moved frequently. I have informed my neighbors about it & they have called the cops on him several times now; but the cops just call & verify that he is an employree & let him go.\r \r I have had a huge insect problem that even the professionals can't get rid of. I have spent a lot of money & it's December & cold out & the professionals told me the only way these insects are still coming is from the attic space or within the walls. Which might explain why the walls have changed color since I moved it. I see water stains everywhere.\r \r My neighbors have told me that no one has lived in the house for more than a few months for years. I did my research online and the owner has had the house for over 2 years; but yet Signature Realty tells me they know nothing about the previous tenants other than the one before me who lived there for a couple years This is a complete lie according to the neighbors. And the amount of mail I receive for other people is incredible. I have received mail for 16 different people & I've only lived here a few months.\r \r I have met other current tenants while paying my rent & have heard some very horrible stories. Several people stated they were hiring attorney's & taking them to court it was that bad. more

SORRY THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES. BUT WE HAD THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME TO RENT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONDITION OF THE HOMES WE HAVE SEEN. THAT IS UNTIL WE SPOKE WITH SIGNATURE REATLY AND MET THEM AT A COUPLE OF HOUSES. THE HOUSES WE SAW WHERE VERY CLEAN, HAD LOTS OF UPGRADES AND EVEN THE YARD LOOKED NICE. WE MOVED IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND LOVE OUR HOUSE, AS WELL THEY HAVE BEEN VERY EASY TO WORK WITH REGARDING A FEW ITEMS WE LISTED ON OUR MOVE IN SHEET FOR MAINTENANCE ITEMS.\r HAVE RECOMMEDED THEN TO SEVERAL OF MY CO-WORKERS. more

Pls save yourself time, money and headache and do not ever use this company.\r We rented our house through this company and in 2 years we got a full rent maybe 6 times. It was always something broke in the house but it was a new house. We even got charged for stuffs that were under warranty. We got charged for same stuffs maybe 3 or 4 times. And if you call them their staffs are horribly rude or they’ll say we’ll call you back but guess what they never do. \r These are just a few stuffs, I have a list of their dishonestly. So my advice is -- Do not ever use this company!\r more
