First & foremost, my biggest complant is thier lack of communication with thier clients. SLD requires a 50% deposit which was not paid as I'd decided not have the sod installed after receiving an estimate. However sod was still installed without my consent or any indication as to who installed it, as they did not leave an invoice or business card on my property the day of installation. There were no follow-up phone calls. No one contacted me until weeks after it was installed by way of an emailed invoice. Once the invoice was received, SLD was contact and informed the sod was not wanted. At which point, I was informed it would be uninstalled early the following week. Which in itself was an incontinence as I wanted be home during instillation since it was initially installed while I was not home & without my consent. I cooperatively continued to water and maintained their sod from the time it was installed ( as my water bill has sky rocketed). I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism SLD has displayed. SLD has tremendously failed to communicate their efforts, starting with installing the sod without written authorization or confirmation by way of their required 50% deposit. The little contact I was able to make with SLD, the staff were very condescending and rude. They have not apologized for thier mistakes. Beware of thier lack of professional courtsey and I would highly recommend you get your landscaping needs done elsewhere.
