This is probably the greatest place in the 916 to get your gear. The shop has the best staff around and they are willing to answer any and every question you may have. They work hard for their customers, even for us Security Officers! I can guarantee you once you give your business to Sierra you will never want to go anywhere else. Sierra Police Supply has outstanding service and personnel. The people are friendly, courteous, and professional. They bend over to assist customers and often times they will provide a service for free. Those who purchase items at Sierra are long term customers that return year after year. This loyality does not occur overnight. They have earned the respect of the law enforcement community. Just take a look at the customers the next time you go in. It may be a little hard to find, but the location is great for people that live in the Roseville/Placer County area. The other two stores in town cannot touch their prices. I recently bought three sets of uniforms and saved almost $100 compared to the other two. The prices on accessories are as close to internet pricing as you will find in a retail store. Pros: Great prices. Great customer service. Great selection of duty gear. Cons: Small shop. Easy to miss the first time. more

After reading police recruit's response I was highly shocked!! My experience at Sierra Police Supply has been quite different and my fellow officers would agree. They go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. They are also the best prices in town. Even the sale prices at other uniform stores are more expensive then Sierra's. They also do tailoring on the spot, so you do not have to wait very long or come back for your uniforms. After my experience in the academy, I know three weeks is a very short notice to give the shops, since they special order their uniforms. Also UPS tracking would not be given to them, unless the manufacturer offered it. Forget what that ""police recruit"" said about Sierra Police Supply, they are amazing and I would not go anywhere else for my uniforms. I found the prices here to be very reasonable compared to other local shops. The length of time to recieve my uniforms after they were ordered was standard, considering it was during the holiday season. Pros: Close location if your in Carmichael, Roseville and points east Cons: Not open on weekends. more
