The service was mediocre and the manager (owner) was not accommodating when we explained that the meat was virtually unmanageable to eat. He lost two customers, for sure. Both times that I have ordered here, I have been equally disappointed. First off, let someone who knows how to speak and understand English answer the phone and take orders. Also, it's not the customers' fault that you guys are busy and can't deliver someone's order until an hour and a half later. The first time I called, I had to repeat my address 10 times (no exaggeration!). When the food finally came, it was not at all what I expected. I had ordered pepper steak, but it turned out to be a tv dinner steak thrown into a water downed brown ""sauce"" with a few frozen vegetables thrown in. After that experience, I thought I would give them a second chance and maybe it'll be better. NOPE! I ordered at 7:12, called at 8:15 when my food still didn't come, spoke to some lady who didn't apologize but kept telling me how busy they were. Then she said they are leaving right now. They finally got to the apartment complex around 8:45 and called me to come open the gate for them. I told them that since they were able to come into the complex to drop their menus at everyone's door, they can come in to deliver my food. \r \r Please, save your money and order from somewhere else. The delivery was fast and just as ordered. Unfortunately, the food itself was decidedly mediocre. The orange chicken was far too chewy and the cream-cheese/crab wontons (crab rangoon) had far too much cheese and not enough crab. The yellow chicken curry was decent, but not overly flavorful. Overall, nothing was offensive, but we'll likely try another place next time. more

Yum! LOTS of pork ribs for only $7.95! The sauce did not overpower AND since ribs are always fatty, sometimes the meat to fat ratio is an issue...but it wasn't at Siam Best! Definitely ordering from them again! more

I used to eat the lunch special at Star of Siam as often as I could but my friend took me to Siam Best one night after work. We had some delicious, high quality vegetarian items (she is vegetarian). We had excellent noodles and the cold spring rolls and garlic pepper shrimp. Everything was really good & higher quality than I am used to. I liked it so much I returned a few weeks later with two friends. Someone ordered the mango salad which I thought sounded boring. I was wrong! It was AWESOME. We also had the noodles and some chicken curry dish. Everything was delicious. I have not tried the soups or desserts. My husband and I ordered take-out last month and our food arrived in about 15 minutes. It was about $18-20 for 2 dishes and an appetizer. We had leftovers the next day. Pros: Nice, clean restaurant, easy to park more

I order BBQ ckicken last time, it so terrible, I can tell that I was made like a month before and reheat when serving us. Chicken smell bad. I saw many customers order BBQ combo, maybe it's cheap but for me taste bad and old. Every dishes are big portion but I expect quality more than quantity. They cook so fast everything finish in less than 10 mins and they served us at the same time. It seems to be fast food restaurant than fine dining cousine. Pros: fast , big portion Cons: not fresh food more
